A Review of Citizen Promaster Titanium Eco Drive Chronograph AV0020-55H AV0020 Men’s Watch
Titanium Watches are everywhere these days. Almost every watch manufacturer has a Titanium model in their watch line. Citizen watch Company is the world’s largest manufacturer of Titanium watches. They use the material for sports and diver’s watches as well as for other models because it is 30% stronger than steel and is hypoallergenic, corrosion resistant and is 50% lighter than steel.
This Citizen Watch looks amazing. This Citizen Promaster watches are very large sports watches, with a diameter of 46 millimeters for the case, and a thickness of 14 millimeters. It looks very classy and is very well made. It is also partly hand assembled so it is not your average watch. Most quartz movements are manufactured on an assembly line with no human interference, but not this one. Bold, yet precise, the Calibre 2100 incorporates the world’s most advanced technology to create the ultimate chronograph.
The engraved case back gives the watch an air of quality and is much more comfortable to wear because it doesn’t stick when you sweat. Also titanium doesn’t make your wrist stink like steel when you sweat unlike leather and steel. This Citizen Eco Drive watch also has an excellent lume which stays strong all through the night. It’s also nice that the 12 mark was marked with a circular dot so you can have a reference when you are looking at the time at night. With its unique styling, precise 1/5 second sweep hand and the first instantaneous zero reset button in an Eco-Drive watch, Calibre 2100 exemplifies the marriage of inspiration with technology.
