Have An Opening Day Party For MLB Baseball With Invitations And Party Supplies
The Major League baseball teams begin their season on March 31st or April 1st, depending on the team. So, invitations need to be sent out at least two weeks before to get guests excited about the party. The date in question will depend on whether or not the party is being held for the general start of the baseball season of for a specific teams opening day. The type of invitations selected will depend on whether who is playing on opening day in March this year. There are six games scheduled to be played, which means twelve teams playing. The teams playing range from the Yankees and Red Sox to the Giants and Dodgers. In general the party invitations could include all the team logos, the MLB logo or logos of two favorite teams that are playing that day.
Having sent the invitations to the MLB Baseball opening day party that is being hosted for the day of season its self opening, next is to focus on needed party supplies. A party without party supplies is going to be a hungry, dull day, with only the option of watching the game. That may not last for long since the guest are likely to get hungry at the very least. On the list then should be plates, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, paper towels and then an assortment of snack foods. The choice of colors and additional decor would depend on the featured game of the party for example; the Yankees pin stripes using the colors of navy blue and white and for the Red Sox colors of red and white.
Weather permitting, a great idea for a pre-game activity might be to through the ball around outside.With enough responders from the invitations sent out, playing a couple of innings of baseball on the field or in the backyard may be doable. Just need to include such items on the party supplies list as; drinks, a couple baseballs, bats and everyone who attends should bring their own gloves and bats if they desire.
