If your iPhone 4 has custom firmware, the GEVEY Sim adapter will not work. You must restore your iPhone 4 to the original iPhone 4 Firmware.
If after booting up the iPhone 4, and you do not see the “accept” screen, make sure you have an active sim and that it is correctly inserted in your iPhone.
1.What is Gevey Sim?
There are three methods to unlock an iPhone. First method is factory unlock, which is unlock by your carrier. Second method is software unlock which is done by hacker teams such as DEV team. The third method is using turbo sim which is what GEVEY provides. Keep in mind that software unlock and turbo sim are only good for specific version of the iPhone iOS and baseband.

How to use GEVEY Ultra card to unlock your iPhone4
Step 1: Remove your SIM card, by inserting a paper clip into the pinhole next to your SIM slot, and cut it to fit the tray that should come with the GEVEY package. Never cut into the circuitry.
Step 2: Launch Cydia and add the following repository: cydia.furiousmod.com. Then locate the “FuriousMod” package and install it. After that’s done, a “No SIM card installed” error will pop up, that’s OK. Before proceeding, make sure your phone is turned off.
Step 3: Place the GEVEY SIM on the tray, along with your own SIM on top of it. Make sure both cards are on the tray, then insert it back into your phone.
Step 4:Power your phone back on and wait around 40 seconds for your signal to be detected. Ignore any errors and don’t interact with the device until your phone picks up the signal.
Step 5 :In order to get 3G, turn on Roaming Mode by going into Settings > General > Network and selecting “Data Roaming”.
Note :
After installing the package and restarting SpringBoard, iPhone will give you “No Sim card installed” message. At this point, you need to switch it off, and insert your sim card with the GEVEY Ultra sim & custom tray. When iPhone 4 boots up, you’ll see a GEVEY Ultra Welcome Menu. Accept it.
Then you’ll see No Service at first. Apparently, 1 signal bar will appear in about 15 seconds. Then a No Sim card installed message pops up after about 30-45 seconds. This message vanishes after 10-12 seconds and you get the signal bars. No 112 Emergency dialing for network access is required in the new GEVEY Ultra sim
How to distinguish real card from fake ones :
IC chip & sim tray. The IC chip has certain information printed on the black part. This printed information helped users to determine original & fake 1st generation GEVEY Sims. So if you’ve got a GEVEY Ultra chip without any printed information on the black IC, then probably your GEVEY Ultra is cloned.
