Amazing Stories of Creativity and the Awesome Things People Do

Men are born to be unique compared to all other beings. We are here for a crucial purpose – to become creative and awesome enough to put each other in awe. Most of us live mundane kind of lives and we all need some bit of inspiration and motivation to get us going. Here is a list of some of the amazing stories of creativity and the awesome things people do. You’ll certainly be amazed that some of the simple facts in life can be turned into memorable stuff.

 Aelita Andre

Aelita is a modern day child prodigy. She is currently considered as one of the most amazing abstract artists today. And what’s best about all this? She’s barely four years old.

Her first exhibition was entitled “The Prodigy of Color.” It took place in a gallery in Chelsea. All in all, she sold $30,000 worth of mostly abstract paintings.

William James Sidis

Another child prodigy on this list lived almost a century ago. Though he may not be as revealing and popular as many of the amazing people we’ll get to know later on, he still makes this list of being an amazing human being because of his out of this world mathematical power. Not only was he a master at numbers, he was also a genius in linguistics. If that’s not enough, he went to Harvard at such a young age of eleven, where most of us still pee our pants and beds. But what makes this boy very controversial was the fact that he decided to abandon his celebrity status and even turned his back on mathematics on the later part of his life.

Dirty Wall Project

Kane Ryan gives a whole new meaning to the term “east meets west”. In 2009, he launched a personal quest to help the needy in the eastern regions of the world, particularly India. His amazing and creative pursuit is named Dirty Wall Project. It seeks to provide the underprivileged with access to needs such as medicine, food, recreation, and others. Ryan finds contentment in documenting all what he’s done for all the people he met and eventually helped.

Ben Wilson

Being creative is one thing, but being both creative and resourceful is another. Meet Ben Wilson. He is not your ordinary artist from London. If you see him lying by the road or the pavement around the park, you’ll be amazed on what kind of art he can produce out of – yes, you heard it right, discarded chewing gums!

What makes Mr. Wilson qualify for this list is his amazing talent of producing stunning pictures and paintings using chewing gums found in streets and sidewalks. You can click the link and see an example of the more than 8,000 similar arts he made in his entire life.

LaserPaint™

Creativity is not just about art. Take the case of Egypt-born American professor Nabil M. Lawandy. He developed a breakthrough technology that has been evading doctors and scientists alike for the past century. He calls it Laserpaint – a photodynamic therapy (PDT) that aims to provide a cheaper alternative treatment for cancer patients. His discovery is not just an epitome of success in the fight against cancer; it also brings great hope especially for those people who cannot afford to pay for expensive cancer treatment procedures.

CyberTracker

Technology does not always produce ill effects for the environment. The CyberTracker is an invention that symbolizes how technology can help maintain and track our environment. The proponent of this breakthrough is Louis Liebenberg. It is a handheld device that helps track and monitor if what kind of human activities harm the environment.
